RAW PHOTOS
Under no circumstances will SW INC. release RAW, unedited, or original image files to Clients. All final image deliveries will be in high-resolution JPEG format only. Clients acknowledge that the editing process is a core part of SW INC.'s artistic service and final product.

PHOTO DELIVERY & EDITING
All photographs taken by SW INC. during the game and any related portrait sessions are subject to a professional selection (culling) and editing process. SW INC. retains full creative and editorial control over which images are selected and how they are edited. Not all images taken will be delivered. Editing style will reflect SW INC.'s sports and portrait work as represented in its portfolio.

FILE STORAGE & RESPONSIBILITY
All RAW and unedited photo files will be deleted from SW INC.'s storage systems 30 calendar days after final gallery delivery. Clients are responsible for saving and backing up delivered images. SW INC. is not liable for data loss after delivery.

TEAM & INDIVIDUAL SESSION LOGISTICS
Clients agree to coordinate with the team to ensure timely and cooperative participation in both posed and action photo opportunities. Posed shots (team and individual) may be scheduled before or after the game as discussed in advance.

GAME LOCATION FEES & ACCESS
Clients are responsible for securing permissions, media credentials, or permits required for venue access. If the location charges access or administrative fees, Clients are responsible for covering all associated costs.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
All photographs remain the sole copyrighted property of SW INC. SW INC. retains the right to use photos for promotional, marketing, portfolio, editorial, and advertising purposes. Clients receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the delivered images for non-commercial purposes, including printing and online sharing. Clients may not edit, sell, or distribute the images for commercial use without written permission.

SCHEDULING, RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
If the game or photo session is rescheduled, SW INC. will accommodate the change based on availability. If SW INC. is unavailable for the new date, the agreement will be canceled and the deposit forfeited. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may require full payment due to loss of availability.

COMMUNICATION & COOPERATION
Clients agree to maintain professional, respectful, and timely communication. Effective coordination ensures a smooth experience for both the photographer and the team.

HARASSMENT & SAFETY
SW INC. enforces a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, inappropriate behavior, or unsafe conditions during sessions. If any member of the SW INC. team feels unsafe and the situation is not addressed, services may be terminated without refund.

SUBSTITUTION & FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of an emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstance preventing SW INC. from fulfilling services, a qualified substitute photographer will be arranged. If no replacement is available, the agreement will be canceled and any payments refunded in full.

CREATIVE DISCRETION & LIMITATIONS
SW INC. will document the team's game and portraits to the best of its ability under the given conditions. Clients understand that due to live sports and group dynamics, specific shots or poses are not guaranteed. Final creative decisions rest solely with SW INC.

BREACH & TERMINATION
Violation of any agreement term may result in contract termination and forfeiture of payments. This includes, but is not limited to, non-payment, failure to provide access, or harassment of the photographer.
