RAW PHOTOS
SW INC. does not release RAW, unedited, or original image files. Clients will receive high-resolution JPEGs only. Editing is a vital part of the creative process and final product.

PHOTO DELIVERY & EDITING
Clients will receive 20 professionally edited photos selected by SW INC. from the session. Additional images beyond the included 20 may be available for purchase. Editing style and quality will reflect SW INC.'s portfolio and creative discretion.

OUTFITS & LOCATIONS
Outfit changes must be planned to fit within the 2-hour session. Clients may use indoor and outdoor locations within reasonable travel distance. Additional locations or travel may incur extra fees.

FILE STORAGE & RESPONSIBILITY
Final delivered images must be downloaded and backed up by the Client. All RAW and unedited images will be deleted 30 days after delivery. SW INC. is not responsible for file loss after delivery.

CLIENT PREPARATION
Clients are responsible for arriving on time, with outfits and accessories ready. Delays caused by late arrival or extended outfit changes may reduce available shoot time.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS
All images remain the copyrighted property of SW INC. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use—such as printing, graduation announcements, and social media. Editing, resale, or third-party commercial use without written permission is not allowed.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION
Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours' notice, based on SW INC.’s availability. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows result in forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit.

COMMUNICATION & CONDUCT
Respectful, timely communication ensures the best outcome. Clients agree to treat the session professionally and with courtesy.

HARASSMENT & SAFETY
Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior from the Client or accompanying guests will not be tolerated. If a photographer feels unsafe or disrespected, SW INC. reserves the right to end the session immediately without refund.

SUBSTITUTION & FORCE MAJEURE
If SW INC. cannot perform the session due to emergency, illness, or an unforeseen event, a substitute photographer may be provided. If no substitute is available, a full refund will be issued. This is the Client’s only remedy in such a case.

CREATIVE DISCRETION
Clients understand that posing, lighting, location usage, and final image selection are under the creative control of SW INC. No specific shot, pose, or background is guaranteed.

BREACH & TERMINATION
If the Client fails to meet the terms of this agreement (e.g., non-payment, inappropriate conduct), SW INC. may terminate the contract and retain all paid fees.
